Music, color, texture, taste, sound, light, feel - we are so blessed to have our indescribable senses, to be able to create with them, and respond to where we are, who we know, how we feel, what we taste... Three dimensional art for me, is a splendid process.
Presented below are one of a kind handmade monoprints. They were created by combining transferred textures from found objects, and applying multiple layers of ink and sometimes thin papers known as Chine Collé. Each piece is truly one of a kind. Periodically I will use an element from a monoprint to create a card, or other printed piece, but these are the originals.
Details: All original, hand-rolled monoprint on smooth to slightly textured archival, high quality printmaking paper. All pieces are signed and dated. Artworks are 6"x 8", while the entire piece 11"x 15" unless otherwise noted; meaning what you see below are the 6" x 8" monoprints. What is not shown here is the entire paper sizing 11" x 15" for flexibility in framing preferences.
While I aim to represent my art online as accurately as possible, colors and contrasts may vary on different monitors, and of course photos will not illustrate sheen, special shimmer, luster textures, nor any gold, silver or platinum papers used. (A note will be next to the piece if precious metals were applied.)
Please note, the exact color of the pieces will differ depending upon the screen.

(Mixed media pieces are often more vibrant in person, especially with the use of metallic foils. Please inquire for other photos.)
